PG Strike Freedom Build pt. V – Body

Another day, Another part to the Perfect Grade! Started this after I finished Part IV. Made surprisingly easy progress. Though it is kind of partly due to the speed I took the pictures (easily the most strenuous part review making. I’m a bit of a perfectionist…^^;). So sorry for any kind-of-blurry to Blurry pictures ahead. You’ve been warned!

PG Strike Freedom Build pt. IV – Waist

I started on the waist on Saturday, I finished it Sunday, and the review is up on Monday! I’ll be damned. And I have to say, just from looking at half of this kit. I love it. I COMPLETELY love it. The detail, the articulation, the SIZE. Already worth its money, I’d say.

G-System 1/72 Kshatriya

I’ve been keeping my eye on this for quite a while to see where it would go and how it would develop. And DEAR LORD almighty is fantastic. G-System has been making fabulous kits for a while now, and things just got a lot better with the release of this kit. Well, pre-release. It’s not quite out yet. Shame, really…

Painting Problems

This is the paint I use to paint my Perfect Grade Strike Freedom Gundam. I’m now out of this paint. Really I thought it was going to last a lot longer than it did… =\

And since my Local hobby store is closed on Monday’s and Tuesdays, I’m out of paint until Wednesday… Such a bother…

PG Strike Freedom Build pt. III – Legs

Moving on to the Legs! This is moving quite smoothly, despite this taking longer than any other of my Perfect Grades took to build. And I don’t remember any of them being THAT FRIKKEN BIG! seriously, this thing is 8 inches (20 Centimeters) tall by itself. that GM 2.0 is 7.5 inches (19 Centimeters) by comparison. That Ladybug on the GM 2.0’s shoulder is .2 inches (.5 centimeters), for ONE MORE comparison….

Reviews in progress!

Sorry about the lack of posts for almost two weeks! Been a tid busy here, but I finally got a day to myself here as I got a good 3 or 4 feet of snow outside right now. And that means I have a good day to myself to work on models! I’ve already finished one leg last week, and I’ve been working on the other (though more slowly, as it’s kinda monotonous now…) since then, and I’m almost done. I should have that review posted in the next couple of days (by Friday though, definitely). The Real Grade review I’ve been meaning to do for a while, but haven’t really felt like it all that much. And the Delta Plus will most likely be done for the end of February, Beginning of March. I also have the Fourth week of February off (it’s good to live in the North!), And I hope to have both reviews at least shot, so I can start building some more. I also managed to redo my Photo setup again, the first one was starting to get in the way. The new ones on top of on of my shelves in the corner of my room, nice and out of the way… but in doing so I displaced all of my Perfect Grades, and this:
